Unlock Mirror Mode

While at the Press Start screen, press Start + Accelerate.  Then, lean Left (or right) to select novice/expert mode.  Then Steer Up and press Start, Steer Up and press Start, Steer Down and press Start, Steer Down and press Start and press Accelerate.  An M will appear if done correctly.
