Unlock the Pace Car

While at the Transmission Selection screen, hold Start + Brake until the game begins.

Unlock Panoramic View

While the view is zoomed out, press Zoom In + Zoom Out.

Unlock Reverse Track

While at the track selection screen, hold Zoom In + Zoom Out.

Unlock All Cheats

While at the Transmission and Track Selection screen, hold Brake + Zoom In + Zoom Out and press Start.  Keep the buttons held until the game begins.
