Big Head Mode

While at the Tonight's Match-Up screen, hold Up + Turbo + Steal.

Power-Up Defense

While at the Tonight's Match-Up screen, press Steal (8x) or Block (8x).

Power-Up Offense

While at the Tonight's Match-Up screen, press Steal (21x) or Block (21x).

Tank Mini-Game

While at the Tonight's Match-Up screen, hold all buttons for all four players and press Down on all four joysticks.  Keep the buttons held until the game begins.
