Destroy All CarsDuring a game, press L2, R2, L1, R1, L2, R2, Triangle, Square, Circle, Triangle, L2, L1.
Unlock a Tank
During a game, press Circle(6x), R1, L2, L1, Triangle, Circle, Triangle. Press Circle to fire shells. Use analog sticks to rotate gunner
Make Tank Go Faster
Fire backwards to get a burst of speed.
Save Tank
Park the Tank near your garage and save the game.
Unlock Flying Car
During a game, press Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1. To fly, press the Gas and Up.
Unlock Fastest Car (Shelby)
Go to the Capital Auto Shop in Portland. Break the glass with a car or weapon and get in the car inside.
Increased Violence
During a game, press Square, L1, Circle, Down, L1, R1, Triangle, Right, L1, X.
Alter Weather
During a game, enter the specified code below:

Unlock Unlimited Ammo
Continually enter the All Weapons Code above until your weapon gets 9999 shots. Then, the next time the clip runs out, it will automatically reload to 9999.
Run Without Fatigue
Instead of Holding X to run, tap it.
Unlock a Police Bribe
In Vigilante Mode, get 45 kills.
Unlock Better Car Handling
During a game, press R1, L1, R2, L1, Left, R1, R1, Triangle.
Unlock Higher Wanted Level
During a game, press R2, R2, L1, R2, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right.
Unlock Lower Wanted Level
During a game, press R2, R2, L1, R2, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down.
Unlock Extra Money
During a game, press R2, R2, L1, R1, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. Also, blow up cars.
Drive By Shootings
During a game, hold R2 and Circle or L2 + Circle. R2 shoots Right, L2 shoots left. NOTE: You must use the Uzi.
Speed Time Up
During a game, press Circle (3x), Square (5x), L1, Triangle, Circle, Triangle.
Unlock Invisible Cars
During a game, press L1, L1, Square, R2, Triangle, L1, Triangle.
Unlock Faster Game Play
During a game, press Triangle, Up, Right, Down, Square, R1, R2.
Unlock Slower Game Play
During a game, press Triangle, Up, Right, Down, Square, L1, L2.
Unlock Faster Taxis
In cab mode, get 100 fares to get a faster taxis at Borgnine in Harwood, Portland.
Unlock an Extra Buggy
Beat all the Mafia missions in Story Mode.
How to steal a Cop Car
Go to the driver's door and press Triangle, then, go around and get in the passengers door.
Weapons
Get the specified number of packages to get the weapon below:

On each island, put out 20 fires to get the unlimited flamethrowers at your hideout.
Secret Message
At the parking lot where you killed the men with the bombs on their chest, use the Flying Car to get over the wall. There will be a poster with a Programmers Message.
Free Pay and Spray Jobs
Go to Pay and Spray, and pay for the job. Then, come back immediately to have it done again. Do this as much as you want.
