Beat the game.  Then, enter one of the following combos while at the Goodies menu:

Big Head Mode for Clank

Press Flip Back, Hyper-Strike, Comet-Strike, Double Jump, Hyper-Strike, Flip Left, Flip Right, Full Second Crouch.

Big Head Mode for Enemies

Press Stretch Jump, Flip Back (3x), Stretch Jump, Flip Back (3x), Stretch Jump, Flip Back (3x), Full Second Crouch.

Big Head Mode for NPCs

Press Flip Left, Flip Right, Flip Back (3x), Comet-Strike, Double Jump, Comet-Strike, Hyper-Strike.

Big Head Mode for Ratchet

Press Flip Back (3x), Full Second Crouch, Stretch Jump, Full Second Glide.

Invincibility

Press Comet-Strike (4x), Flip Back, Full Second Crouch, Flip Back, Full Second Crouch and Comet-Strike (4x).

Mirrored Levels

Press Flip Left (4x), 3-Hit Wrench Combo, Hyper Strike, Flip Right, Flip Right, Double Jump, Flip Right, Flip Right, Double Jump, Full Second Crouch.

Trippy Contrails

Press Wall Jump (10x), Double Jump, Hyper-Strike.
