Unlock All Songs and Complete Challenge Mode

First, go to the Options Screen, then to Credits.  Now, while at that screen, on controller port four, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A.  You should hear a confirmation sound.

Unlock Colors Song in Extreme Mode

Play at least 100 songs, whether you clear them or not.

Unlock Graduistic Cyber Song

Earn a AA Rank on any song.

Unlock Healing Vision Song

On Healing Vision, earn a rank of C or better on all difficulty settings.

Unlock the Max 300 Song

Earn a AAA Rank on any song.

Unlock MGS2 Mission R Song

Earn a A Rank on any song.

Unlock Orion. 78 Song

Play at least 300 songs, whether they are cleared or not.

Unlock Paranoia Rebirth Song

Earn a rank of C or better on Paranoia Eternal on all Difficulty Settings.

Unlock Put Your Faith In Me Song

Fail any song interntially.

Unlock Sana Mollete Ne Ente Song

Earn a rank of C or better on Sana Mollete Ne Ente on all Difficulty Settings.
